If you fail to make your payments, the student may be dropped from classes. Furthermore, you are bound to pay the remainder of the agreed tuition unless you have made other arrangements with WELC and a forbearance has been granted in writing by WELC.

Only one family can be designated as the referring family. Both the new family and the referring family must stay enrolled at the school and pay tuition on time for at least 6 months before this credit is applied. If you are joining the school as a new family based on a recommendation by a current WELC family, please provide us with their name by email

G. This Contract shall become effective immediately.

General understanding:
I understand and agree that, WELC is a virtual Education Center and as such, does not operate as a traditional "brick and mortar" school. WELC strives to provide exceptional service and content. However, online learning, distance learning, and homeschooling are not for everyone. I understand that many factors are involved in online education. Software, Internet connectivity, and computers are all things that may be frustrating to online students. There may be times when technical issues will interrupt services and other unforeseen issues may arise.  I understand and agree that I am aware of these types of issues and that I am not purchasing a specific software, teacher, curriculum, or tutoring service. It is at the discretion of WEL to determine the mode, method, type, and delivery of all WELC related goods and services. Every effort is made to provide students with up-to-date content and curriculum to provide better education. With this said, WELC does not state or imply directly or indirectly that enrollment into it's school or services will guarantee acceptance into any school, college, or university or guarantee employment in any way. Each of these entities have their own guidelines, regulations, and requirements. WELC offers to provide the tools wherewith students may prepare themselves for ongoing education.

The World Ed Learning Center admits students and administers programs without discrimination on the basis of gender, race, religion, national, ethnic origin or other protected status.
